Today my wife Rosemary and I closed on a condominium at 952 Sandpiper Circle in the Perico Bay Club development. It was a mail away closing and all seemed to go along flawlessly. I write today to inform you that the "flawless" closing as well as the discovery of the property and all other phases of the buying process leading up to today were orchestrated by your agent, Ms. Becky Knutson.

I do not normally write notes of praise for a job well done as I feel that type of service should be the norm as opposed to the exception, especially in your industry. However, the level of service my wife and I received from Becky truly does go above and beyond what we could have expected. From our first meeting right up to today's closing, Becky has been indispensable in getting this transaction done. She was attentive to our needs and showed us only properties we had outlined we were looking for, thus not wasting our time. As we live in Rhode Island, Becky has overseen repairs that were needed after the inspection, took excellent photos of the property to be used by the rental agent we have selected and in general has truly acted as "our agent" throughout this entire process. I shudder to think what this absentee transaction would have been like with a "lesser agent" involved.

Again, rarely am I motivated enough to take the time to prepare this type of letter (I'm more likely to write a letter of complaint). We just wanted you to know that you have a true professional on your staff and that she should be commended for her effort.
